Courtney Harrell

Hailing from the Rocky Mountains, Courtney tells true stories for your eyes and for your ears. Before coming to Pittsburgh, she was a freelance journalist, regular contributor to Voice Media Group’s Westword, and Senior Editor of Copper Nickel. During her time in the MFA program she was co-Editor-in-Chief of Hot Metal Bridge, producer of the [in brackets] podcast, and a production assistant at Pittsburgh's NPR affiliate, WESA. She previously edited for multiple podcasts, including the Longform Podcast and Stoner. She is currently writing her manuscript in New York City, where she's an associate producer at Pineapple Street Media. You can find her work across the Internet.
