Abigail Lind

Abigail Lind is a first-year MFA student in nonfiction originally from Jamul, California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and film studies from Harvard College. Right now, she’s writing about cable company monopolies and the ethics of customer service, but her broader interests include cinema, cities in decline, social class, and the future of writing and reading.  Abigail’s creative heroes are Rebecca Solnit, Cormac McCarthy, Werner Herzog, and John Jeremiah Sullivan. When she’s not writing, she is the Assistant to the Editor at boundary 2, an international journal of literature and culture
