Hannah Tinti is the author of the novel The Good Thief, for which she received the Alex Award from the American Library Association, the Center for Fiction's First Novel Prize, and Quality Paperback Book Club's New Voices Award. Her other books are the short story collection Animal Crackers and the novel The Twelve Lives of Samuel Hawley. Tinti is the co-founder and executive editor of the literary journal One Story, for which she received the PEN/Nora Magid Award for Magazine Editing and the AWP Award for Best Small Press.
